Uranus Battle is a game made by Demoncade. These terms are the rules for playing it, on the website (uranus.demoncade.space) and in the Android app. By playing you agree to them. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.

Who can play

Uranus Battle is for players aged 13 and over. If you're under 18, ask a parent or guardian before buying anything.

Your account

You can play as a guest, without an account. Your guest progress is linked to your device, so it's lost if you clear the game's data or uninstall the app. Sign in with Google to keep your progress and wallet safe and to use them on other devices. You're responsible for what happens on your account.

Gems and gold

Gold is earned by playing: matches, daily rewards and missions. Gems come in gem packs, and sometimes as rewards. You can use them on things inside the game, like colours, skins, trails, badges, boosters and double XP, and gems can be exchanged for gold.

Gems, gold and everything you get with them are a licence to use them in Uranus Battle. They aren't your property and have no cash value. They can't be withdrawn, exchanged for real money, sold, traded or sent to other players. We may change what items cost or what they do, to keep the game balanced and fair.

Buying gem packs

Gem packs are sold by our payment provider, which handles the payment, sales tax and receipt. We never see your card or bank details. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. The gems are added to your wallet straight after payment. If they don't arrive, email us with your order number and we'll sort it out.

The Starter pack can be bought once per account. In the Android app, purchases go through Google Play and Google Play's own refund rules also apply.

Refunds

• You can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying a gem pack, as long as none of its gems (and none of the gold or items that came with it) have been used. We remove the pack from your wallet and refund the full price.
• Gems you've already spent can't be refunded, because what you got with them has been delivered.
• If a payment is reversed or charged back, we remove what it bought. If that isn't possible, we may limit the account.
• Deleting your account deletes your wallet too, and unused gems aren't refunded then. Ask for any refund first.

To ask for a refund, email support@demoncade.space with your order number. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live.

Match entry fees and prizes

Public matches, and Private rooms when the host chooses, have an entry fee in gold. Players who finish high win gold prizes: in Public, 1st place wins 9× the entry, 2nd wins 3× and 3rd gets their entry back. In a Private room, the best-placed player wins every entry fee paid in that room. If a Public match has fewer than 9 players and bots, everyone gets their entry fee back.

Prizes depend on how well you play, not on luck. Entry fees can only be paid with gold, never with gems or money, and prizes are only ever gold, which has no cash value. There are no loot boxes and nothing in the game gives random paid rewards.

Fair play

Please don't:

• cheat, use bots or scripts, or use bugs to get gold, gems, items or wins;
• use a name that is offensive, hateful or pretends to be someone else;
• send friends messages that harass, threaten, are sexual, hateful or spam, or share someone's personal information;
• try to break, overload or get into the game's servers;
• buy or sell accounts or items outside the game.

If you do, we may remove what you gained, reset your progress, or suspend or close your account. If you find a bug, please tell us instead. We're grateful for it.

If someone bothers you in chat, use Block or Report in the chat. Reports come to us with the recent messages, and we act on them.

Ads

The Android app shows ads from Google, including optional ads you can watch for a reward. The website has no ads.

Changes to the game

We keep working on the game, so modes, items and rewards can change. If we ever have to shut Uranus Battle down, we'll announce it in the game at least 30 days before, and stop selling gem packs from the day we announce it.

No guarantees

We do our best to keep the game running smoothly, but it's provided as it is. There may be bugs, downtime or lost matches. As far as the law allows, Demoncade isn't liable for indirect losses from playing, or not being able to play, Uranus Battle.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is big, we'll tell you in the game.
